Are you a military spouse looking for work or a veteran hoping to land a good job? The national campaign, Hiring Our Heroes, is holding a job fair Thursday, Oct. 4, at Raymond James Stadium, 4201 N. Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa.
Registration is available at www.recruitmilitary.com and walk-in job seekers are welcomed as long as they provide military identification.
Potential employers are welcomed too.
More than 45 companies are expected to be hiring including the lead sponsor, Capitol One. The businesses are looking for a wide range of experience and skills.
You can check it out between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The event is part of the U.S. Chamber, National Chamber Foundation, campaign to get community businesses and large employers to hire 500,000 veterans and military spouses by the end of 2014.
