36 ground depressions were found in the Lakeside Woodlands Community in Pasco County Thursday, almost twice as many as earlier this week.

There are now 36 ground depressions in the Lakeside Woodlands Community in Pasco County -- that's up from 20 holes on Tuesday.

Andrew Fossa, the Emergency Management Director for Pasco, said the county also had to close a section of Willow Brook Court Thursday because a 17-foot void was detected underneath the road.

"I was standing in an area when I was first got out there and the ground actually collapsed underneath me," he said. "I urge that onlookers, bystanders... that they stay away from that area. We don't need anybody going in there."

Fossa said people and structures were still not immediately at risk.

He hopes to receive an official geological survey of the area by Friday or Monday.
