Authorities say a cruise ship has been cleared to enter port after being held off Florida's east coast while awaiting testing of two crew members for the new coronavirus.
The Regal Princess was to have docked Sunday morning in Port Everglades.
The two staffers had transferred weeks ago from the ship Grand Princess in California, where nearly two dozen onboard tested positive for the virus.
Princess Cruises said the two crew members didn't exhibit any symptoms and were past the 14-day incubation period.
The Coast Guard delivered test kits to the ship Sunday.
A Port Everglades spokesman said later the ship was cleared for port and was to dock later Sunday night.
