Nutcracker & the Mischievous Elves

Nutcracker & the Mischievous Elves
The Rosemary Youth Ballet by Onyx Studio 2 performs “Nutcracker & the Mischievous Elves” at 6 p.m., November 24, 2024 at the Sarasota Opera House, 61 N. Pineapple Ave., Sarasota, FL 34236.
Current and past studio students will perform alongside guest former professional dancers in a delightful interpretation that’s fun for all ages.
Join this Sarasota-based ballet troupe for a modern, fresh and fun interpretation of the classic holiday ballet.
This is a spectacular night out for the whole family, so gather your crew and prepare to be transported by the music of Tchaikovsky - and some more contemporary holiday tunes (we’re as mischievous as the Elves, so you’ll have to attend to find out which ones!).

About the Rosemary Youth Ballet
The Rosemary Youth Ballet was incorporated in 2020 as a 501(c)(3) corporation to serve the needs of emerging Sarasota-Manatee area ballet dancers in three areas: scholarships for regular class and additional, intensive instruction for students in need; sponsorship of individual and group attendance at competitions and their master classes and to provide financial, emotional and educational support for pre-professional dancers as they transition to professional dance life. Rosemary Youth Ballet also supports dancers by commissioning new works by emerging choreographers. The programs of the Rosemary Youth Ballet are supported by ticket sales and by generous support from corporate and private donors interested in supporting the dance arts.
