Participants will engage in group discussions, receive individual feedback, and create one or more poems that reflect the connection between personal memories and these objects. By the end of the workshop, everyone will leave with a new understanding of how to find the extraordinary in the everyday. Open to all levels, this class fosters a supportive and creative space for personal expression.

The Manatee River Garden Club will host its annual flower show, themed: “Color Me Florida”, on Friday and Saturday, April 4-5, 2025. Admission is free to the public and offers a fun, lighthearted look at Florida’s colorful icons expressed in floral design, and horticulture exhibits. Refreshments served.
