MAACM caps off this year's St Petersburg Jazz Festival with a concert of its own i partnership with EMIT.Bassist Alex Pershounin brings his world-class Pershounin Quartet to St. Petersburg for a unique concert of his original compositions inspired from Latin, Jazz, World and Folk music.
Doors open at 7pm, concert begins at 7:30pm in MAACM’s second floor Ballroom

Join us for live jazz at Sarasota Art Museum, hosted by the Jazz Club of Sarasota, with extended hours in the galleries, Bistro, and SHOP! Sip on refreshing cocktails and enjoy small bites in the Bistro. Each second Thursday of the month features a different style of jazz–from straight-ahead to free jazz, bebop to swing–programmed in partnership with Jazz Club of Sarasota. Galleries are open until 7:00 pm on Jazz Thursdays.
Jazz Thursday activities: Enjoy Friends of Fil Organ Trio's performance on the Marcy & Michael Klein Plaza from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. Grab dinner and drinks at Bistro, which opens at 5 pm, serving a special evening menu, beer, wine, and cocktails. Explore the exhibitions in our galleries, with hours extended to 7 pm. Treasure hunt in SHOP all evening!
CHECK-IN Check-in begins at 4:30 pm, and seating opens in the Plaza at 5 pm. For guest safety, personal chairs are not permitted on-site.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE Food and Beverage are available for purchase on-site through the Bistro. Please refrain from bringing outside food and beverage.

Join us this Spring for a Bistro Pop-Up Night! Enjoy an after-hours gallery tour and a 4-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Peyton Leffingwell. The Bistro fare is inspired by Florida’s regional fruit stands and farmer’s markets, and emphasizes local produce, healthy proteins and artisanal specialty items.

Prices exclude tax and gratuity. Payment will be processed on-site after dinner. Additional beverages and add-ons will be available at the time of purchase. Advance reservations are required, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is limited. Your table will be reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cancellations: Please cancel at least two days in advance. Cancellations received with less than 48-hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
