Ceramics Continued Study is a space for students to enhance their learning experience with instructor assistance and guiding knowledge. Sign up for a single class to continue working and add finishing touches on projects you've started in one of our other classes. Sign up for multiple classes to choose your own adventure in hand-building or wheel thrown ceramics. Work with your instructor to plan out your projects and make them a reality. Some experience with clay recommended.

Step into the boundless world of iMAGiNE NATiON, a captivating new exhibition by local artist iBOMS, opening February 20th and running through May 10th. Curated by Danny Olda, who also serves as Marketing and Communications Manager for the Woodson African American Museum of Florida, this transformative journey explores imagination as an infinite, uncharted land—a “motherland of all knowledge” and the birthplace of spirituality, science, art, and philosophy.
Often seen as a realm of childhood, iBOMS views imagination as a vital, lifelong force. In this exhibition, he builds a “nation of imagination,” bringing ideas to life through objects and figures crafted with graphite, spray paint, resin casting, digital design, and even elements from nature.This exhibition is free and open to the public during gallery hours: Wed-Sun 10am-5pm
This groundbreaking exhibition explores the intersection between design innovation and technological advancements in footwear. Future Now features over 70 futuristic designs from the Bata Shoe Museumʼs holdings as well as loans from other prominent institutions, collectors, designers, and inventors. Presenting digitally designed and 3D-printed shoes, sneakers made from mushroom leather and reclaimed ocean plastics, and footwear created for the metaverse, the exhibition explores how cutting-edge technologies, unexpected materials, and new ideas are transforming footwear today. The footwear included in the exhibition is designed to address industrial-age problems and capitalize on postindustrial possibilities. Featured designers and brands include: Salehe Bembury, rtfkt, Mr. Bailey, Zaha Hadid, JEMS by Pensole, Safa Şahin, EKTO VR, Saysh, Benoit Méléard, SCRY, and many more.
The exhibition is co-organized by the American Federation of Arts and the Bata Shoe Museum, and curated by Elizabeth Semmelhack, director and senior curator, Bata Shoe Museum.
St. Petersburg-based artist Mike Massaro is a sculptor and mixed media installation artist who transforms everyday construction materials and found objects. His solo sculptural installation, "LOSS," explores the emotional layers of loss through abstract representation. Viewers can navigate the physical pieces and nuanced lighting, creating a contemplative space to reflect on their own experiences.
