Rose shares her recipes for Florida-style lobster rolls with avocado and key lime aioli and grilled Florida lobster salad with key lime vinaigrette.

Then, Zest correspondent Janet Keeler takes you to Homestead to visit the iconic Robert Is Here fruit stand. Owner Robert Moehling shares the story of his 60-year-old business and explains how the stand got its quirky name.
