UPDATE AT 6 P.M. Jan. 28:
Police said two St. Petersburg children, reported missing on Thursday afternoon, have been found.
Dorian and Frederick Sandhu, and their mother, Gigi Ulrich-Woodard, were located Thursday afternoon in Madison, near the Florida-Georgia border.
According to a press release from St. Petersburg Police , two utility workers were staying at a hotel in Madison. When they received the Amber Alert on their phones, they remembered seeing a gray Nissan Altima in the hotel parking lot.
The workers went out to the parking lot, and after comparing the license tag number on the vehicle to the one in the release, they called 911.
According to the press release, local sheriffs officers responded and took Ulrich-Woodard, the two children, a male acquaintance and a pet monkey into custody.
St. Pete detectives are on the way to Madison to question the group.

An Amber Alert is out for two children from St. Petersburg.
Dorian Sandhu is a 5-year-old white girl, 3'5" tall, weighing 40 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Frederick Sandhu is a 4-year-old white boy, 3' tall, weighing 40 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The children were last seen in the 6200 block of 3rd Street South in St. Petersburg.
They may be in the company of their mother, Gigi Ulrich-Woodard, a white female, 46, 5'8" tall, weighing 350 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Ulrich-Woodard was only allowed supervised visits with the children, who live with their grandparents.
They may be traveling in a 2009 gray Nissan Altima, with Florida tag number CPPZ14. People with information on the whereabouts of these children are asked to call 911 or the St. Petersburg Police Department at 727-893-7780.
