A Tampa man is behind bars after authorities say he shot a motorcyclist in a road rage incident.

Tampa Police say two men got into a verbal fight at an intersection Thursday. Authorities say 29-year-old Ezekiel Henson shot 33-year-old Carlos Rodriguez in the back as Rodriguez was returning to his motorcycle after the argument. Rodriguez was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities caught up with Henson a short distance away from the scene. He was charged with aggravated battery.
