
Christy Oshana
Christy Oshana is the Producer for Florida Matters, WUSF Public Media’s public affairs show.
Her career has spanned over 28 years, covering local news, sports and politics in places from Detroit and Chicago, to Philadelphia, New York and Washington D.C.
Before joining WUSF, she worked at C-SPAN in Washington D.C. traveling the country as a multimedia journalist for BookTV, and also served as the Production Manager at Monumental Sports Network.
Christy’s broadcasting career started in her home state of Michigan working as a host/reporter at WMJZ Radio and made her transition to television working at the local PBS station in Detroit.
Christy is married and has one daughter.
