While hundreds of thousands gathered on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to witness the presidential inauguration, some enthusiastic crowds cheered on the new president closer to home.
A raucous crowd of Republicans filled the back room of the Beef O'Brady's restaurant on Himes Avenue in Tampa to cheer on Donald Trump.
One of those was Terri Castro, the office manager for the North Tampa Trump campaign.
"He was a little more eloquent than I though he was going to be," she said after his speech. "And I appreciated that, because he realizes the power of the office that he holds, and it showed today."
Castro says she's very optimistic about the next four years.
"He promised everything that he's been promising throughout the campaign," she said. "And he promised to work as hard as he could. What more could you ask of a man?"
