FSU has filed an amended complaint against the league that alleges former commissioner John Swofford cost member schools millions of dollars by acting in the best interest of his son who worked at television partner Raycom Sports.

The letter states the NCAA enforcement staff has begun an investigation into the football program. Names of investigators were redacted, and Jaden Rashada was not mentioned.

The Atlantic Coast Conference says FSU broke promises when the Seminoles legally challenged an agreement that binds the school to the league for the next dozen years.
