COVID-19 Deaths Florida

State health officials reported 203 coronavirus-related deaths Wednesday. The last time the daily death toll was over 200 was Sept. 10.

As new positive COVID-19 tests remained beneath a key reopening threshold agreed on by global health experts, deaths statewide have been 140 or more for the past four days.

State health officials recorded the coronavirus-related deaths of 183 people Tuesday, bringing the statewide death toll to 10,717. The greater Tampa Bay region reported 63 deaths Tuesday.
