Some students will start school as early as 7:10 a.m. under the new four-tier bell system.

The proposal would stagger arrivals to four time slots instead of three — and change dismissal times.

Browning said masks will continue to be required in Pasco schools, and that the district will reevaluate the decision closer to the fall semester.
