The three Orlando-based parks say they'll reopen after assessing the storm's damage. All shut down on Wednesday. The parks say some Halloween special events won’t be offered and they won’t necessarily be fully functioning, but the public is welcome back.

Universal Orlando's new theme park will feature lands devoted to Nintendo characters, the “Fantastic Beasts” films and the “How to Train Your Dragon” film franchise. But resort officials said Tuesday that at the center of it all will be Celestial Park.

The theme park says masks will be required at all public indoor locations and at all attractions from the moment guests enter the lines to when they leave.

Disney has slowly expanded access to guests since reopening last July.

They include Busch Gardens and Disney World.
