Ross May, the former associate director of FSU’s Family Institute, was among three FSU professors identified earlier this week who FSU had determined committed sexual misconduct in separate incidents with students.

One of the professors was associate director of FSU’s Family Institute, which studies how parents can develop healthy environments for their children.

The University of South Florida, University of Florida and Florida State University would receive $50 million each under the plan.

The bill would measure whether “competing ideas and perspectives” are fairly presented and encouraged during class lectures.

The charges range from violent and disorderly conduct to theft of government property.
